I know it gets on every body's nerves... but unfortunately the only way to get ride off chemical drugs is to get ride of the causes of your kind of allergy itself!
Some points to be cautioned of though are :
Try to expose your bedroom to sun and fresh air. Keep your room dry.
Do not get any pet with you at home.
Wear dusts masks.
Do not leave your old books in your bed room.
Sponge pillow is better than cotton, and polestar is better than sponge.
Try breathing steam from hot water.
There are other alternitive remedies and herbal medicens... but they take long time to show thier action and they need complicated structure... adding one tea spoon of ginger and one spoon of honey into boiled water, could be usfull to reduce the sneezing and calm down the irritation in your nasal passeges.
Strawberry allergy is gone?
Question:
I've been allergic to strawberries all my life (hives, difficulty breathing). Yesterday I accidentally ate a large strawberry that was in some ice cream and nothing happened. Does this mean the allergy is gone and it's safe for me to eat them?
Answers:
I wouldn't stuff strawberries in my mouth if that happened to me, but you could probably eat a small piece and see what happens. (keep some allergy pills next to you while you do that.)
Get rid of a pet allergy permanently
Question:
I want to get a kitten, but my dad is allergic to cats and wont let me get one, because all kittens turn into cats obviously, is it possible for him to permanently get rid of his cat allergy?
Answers:
He will probably always have cat allergies. It is something that doesn't go away. My sister had 3 cats, then found out she had cat allergies, got allergy shots frequently and it helped somewhat, but she was always allergic to cats and still is. She finally gave her cats away.
Maybe, get a different pet, a small dog, a hamster or fish.
Running nose allergy sympthoms
Question:
It is 5.00 in the morning and I have been woken up because something has irritated my nose, which now feels swollen and is starting to run. I am on medication everyday for it, but now that it is May I am getting this at least once a week despite medication. I don't get itchy eyes or anything else associated with hay fever and I don't really think this is what it is, it only effects my nose which first feels like the passages are swelling and then runs continuously until I am able to get to sleep, nothing will stop it once it starts. I can literally tilt my head forward and a watery substance will just drip out of it non stop. It becomes so sore after a full day having to keep wiping my nose and is utterly exhausting. My day is ruined if it starts. I have this all year round but it seems to have gotten worse just lately. Anyone else suffer from this or know what it might be? My doc had a little check for pollops and couldn't see any.
Answers:
1. i used to have terrible allergies too. but thankfully i found a solution. i am now using a betti neti pot. its a very simple process with NO side effects besides breathing clearly haha. medications just cover up the problem, they dont fix it. its like brushing your teeth versus eating a breath mint. covers the bad breath but doesnt kill the problem i dont use plastic ones though because the chemicals in the plastic eventually break down and cause more problems. go with ceramic made netis. i have a betti pot and it works wonders. feel better!
2. Its absolutely miserable this year! What medication are you taking? Likely its an anti-allergy type drug...an antihistamine. You need to tell your doctor its not working enough to start out with. I combine an claritin (allergy pill) with sudafed, a decongestant that helps dry out my nose and eyes a bit. Avoid being outside for long if at all. Keep the windows shut and even better, run the air conditioner (it has a filter) or air purifier. Otherwise, just keep surviving it will end soon (I HOPE!).
Itchy lips after eating kiwi fruit
Question:
I've just made a fruit drink with about 4 kiwis in it and its stinging my lips. Is it possible that it is an allergy or i dont know if my lips are just sensitive bcos the fruit is quite acidity.
Answers:
1. I copy these following details from Wikipedia, and add the link below. Kiwis are the edible berry of a cultivar group in the genus Actinidia. Kiwifruit is a rich source of vitamin C, 1.5 times the DRI scale in the US. Its potassium content by weight is slightly less than that of a banana. It also contains vitamin E, and a small amount of vitamin A. The skin is a good source of flavonoid antioxidants. The kiwifruit seed oil contains on average 62% alpha-linolenic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid. Usually a medium size kiwifruit contains about 46 calories, 0.3 g fats, 1 g proteins, 11 g carbohydrates, 75 mg vitamins and 2.6 g dietary fiber. Kiwifruit is often reported to have mild laxative effects, due to the high level of dietary fiber. Raw kiwifruit is also rich in the protein-dissolving enzyme actinidin, (in the same family of thiol proteases as papain), which is commercially useful as a meat tenderizer but can be an allergen for some individuals. Specifically, people allergic to latex, papayas or pineapples are likely to also be allergic to kiwifruit. The fruit also contains calcium oxalate crystals in the form of raphides. Reactions to these chemicals include sweating, tingling and sore mouth; swelling of the lips, tongue and face; rash; vomiting and abdominal pain; and, in the most severe cases, breathing difficulties, wheezing and collapse. The most common symptoms are unpleasant itching and soreness of the mouth, with the most common severe symptom being wheezing. Severe symptoms are most likely to occur in young children.

2. simple, my diagnosis is that you have what we in the medical field call "herpilickatus-vonyouraslut mcspermtaster" or in other words "herpes" for short... my prescription would be three shots of apple juice followed by a 2 minute back rub and youll be going down on passion fruit in no time...
3. This is an allergic reaction to the kiwi fruit, it should pass, but in the meantime drink plenty of water. If the sensation persists then consult your doctor.
4. Kiwis have little "sticks" coming out which may cause an irritation towards the sensitive lips. Pineapple can do that as well. Perhaps your doctor may be able to help.
Just a cold or allergy?

Answers:
1. As it is spring and there is a season of pollens so mostly you have allergic conditions like hay fever you need to take Antihistamine tablets ,you can buy it over the counter in any pharmacy.
2. It could be a reaction to some drug you took for the fever. If the symptoms persists check with your doctor as it could turn serious.
3. Get a blood test for increased histamine levels.
Seasonal allergy natural treatment methods
Over 22 million people in the USA suffer from seasonal allergies. Manifestations of it show starting from the beginning of spring and remain until the beginning of winter. If it’s your case too, you may be affected during this period as well. To make it worse, is that conventional doctors do not have enough understanding of this group of diseases, consequently, there is no proper treatment too.
Allergy happens when one’s immune system shows too strong reaction to such substances, as blossom dust, herbs, airborne fungi, as well as some nutrition products and beauty preparations. Currently there exist more than 60000 chemical substances, and each year about 500 ones appear, due to what our immunity has to react to a lot of biochemical matters. When the body meets some allergen for the first time, it tries to resist and our labrocytes generate histamine, an inflammatory substance. This reaction to allergens causes such wide-spread symptoms as rhinitis and running eyes and makes us sneeze.
